General Job duties. Types of procedures required.
Must be competent to proficient in: Abdomen (Aorta, IVC,Liver/Biliary, Pancreas, Spleen, and Renal. Both normal and Pathology). GYN(breast, ovaries, Adnexa, Uterus, Pelvis. Pathology and normal,post-menopausal, transvaginal, adult and pediatric). OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rdtrimester, amniocentesis, complications, biophysical profile, gestational age,placental grading, abnormalities, IGUR, Uterus/Adnexa). Procedures to include: aspirations, biopsies, drainage, andintraoperative. Neonatal (congenital anomalies and neonatal head). Superficialstructures (Abdominal wall, breast, focal masses, hematoma, scrotum &testes, thyroid. Vascular (Carotidduplex, segmental pressure studies, upper and lower extremity venous andarterial duplex).

Canon i700; Meditech EMR, Fuji Synapse PACS
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Min 3 years experience in an acute hospital setting.
Specific licensures and certifications/registrationsrequired.
ARDMS in 2 specialties: Abdomen, OB, or vascular. Active BLS - must be AHA Certified.
Shift or schedule requirements.
40-hour shift work and call when appropriate.
Floating to other units/departments.
Ultrasound Cardiac, OB/GYN and small part, and Vascular.
Dress Code: Personal scrubs, healthcare professional attire.

Please plan on having your traveler in Hawaii the Thursday before a Monday start so they can report to Employee Health Friday morning********
