SalaryIMMEDIATE HIRE NEEDED--- GREAT OPPORTUNITY Home Care Agency Brooklyn is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) Field Recruiter to join its team in NYC. This position requires travel within the 5 boroughs of NYC and work from our Brooklyn office.

This position will be responsible for managing field recruiting, carrying out planned recruiting strategy, sourcing talent and working closely with HR team.
This position requires commuting!
Responsibilities:-Recruit and identify Home Care Aide (HHA) candidates for employment opportunities in NYC.
-Execute recruiting plan and strategy in assigned territories
-Attend training entity recruitment fair/classes
-Assist HR team with the recruiting and hiring process-Identify new and effective recruiting sources
-Expand community relationships and maintain contacts with Home Care Training schools, placement agencies, social service agencies to promote the agency
-Establish strong rapport with candidates to prioritize the agency’s needs
Skills: The ability to work independently and within a team
Strong communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks and must be flexible
Optimistic, energetic, outgoing with a great energy
Must be good public speaker
Bi-lingual required!
Good people skills needed. Commuting is a must!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
