Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of our properties. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of our properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in law, property leasing, and facilities management to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Oversee the marketing and advertising of available properties to attract potential tenants
- Conduct property tours and screenings of prospective tenants
- Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely payment processing
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for property performance
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in property management or related field
- Strong knowledge of property leasing laws and regulations
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as record keeping and report preparation
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is preferred
