Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Level 2 Technician to join our service team. As a Level 2 Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users (in person and remote), resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to Help Desk tickets and resolve user problems in a timely manner
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Set up user accounts and permissions in Active Directory
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document all support activities and solutions in the Help Desk ticketing system
- Assist with the implementation of IT projects and initiatives
Skills
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in IT support and possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10)
- Familiarity with firewall configurations and troubleshooting
- Experience providing desktop support in a corporate environment
- Strong understanding of IT support principles and best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices (iOS, Android)
- Knowledge of Mac OS is a plus
- Familiarity with Help Desk software and ticketing systems
- Understanding of VPN technologies and configurations
- Knowledge of DNS management

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
