Executive Image Solutions, Inc strives to provide invaluable IT, VoIP and Copier services to small/medium sized businesses within Central Pennsylvania! We facilitate the multi-faceted needs of Small Business, Not-for-profit Organizations and Local Governments.
We are currently taking applications for a self-motivated and highly organized Help DeskLevel 1 technician with exceptional customer service skills.
As a member of the IT Department applicants will be responsible for stellar customer service while troubleshooting various end-user issues. Daily responsibilities include, not limited to:
Help Desk Technician Level 1:
1. Provide Immediate response and resolution for all Level 1 support tickets
2. Monitor incoming email and ensure ticket creation as required
As a Help Desk Technician Level 1, the following skills are required:
1. Exceptional Customer Service Skills
2. Exceptional Phone Etiquette
3. General understanding of the following computer systems:
a. Office365 Administration and Licensing
b. Windows 7/10/11 Operating System and basic management actions
c. Server 2012/2012r2/2016/2019 Operating System and basic management actions
d. Basic Networking concepts (i.e. DHCP, DNS, Routing and Switching, Firewall Management)
e. Enterprise Grade WiFi Management
4. 6-months minimum experience at a Managed Services Provider, or comparable organization, recommend
5. A qualifying Managed Services Provider is a company providing outsourced IT Services to a minimum of 5 clients Must be able to complete Federal Law Enforcement background check
6. Must have valid Driver’s License, Vehicle Insurance and Vehicle Registration as required by PA State Law
