Job Summary:
Wealthcare Capital Management LLC, an innovative wealth management services company, is seeking a full-time hire for the position of Help Desk Technician. The position will entail performing general Help Desk duties and system administration of Windows endpoint devices. While the primary focus of the position is on Tier 1 support, this is an outstanding opportunity to learn and gain experience in areas such as Windows server administration and AWS. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and focused on attention to detail.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Respond to Help Desk requests and triage appropriately
- Administer account access for various systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Assist with documentation of processes and policies
Skills/Qualities:
- Microsoft Windows desktop administration
- Office365 administration
- General network support
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
