Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Help Desk Support Specialist to join our client's team on a 6-month contract-to-hire basis. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth and development, with paid training and a clear career advancement path. After training is complete, there is the option for a hybrid work schedule, Monday - Friday. As the IT ambassador, you will play a critical role in supporting the mission of the Information Technologies department. Your responsibilities will include providing excellent end user support, troubleshooting and installing PC and network hardware and software, supporting cloud technology and mobile devices, and performing user and account administration in Azure Active Directory.
What you will be doing:
- You will be the IT ambassador, supporting the Information Technologies departments mission.
- Provide excellent end user support with troubleshooting, installing PC and network hardware/software components.
- Provide support with cloud technology and mobility support for end users.
- Provide user and account administration in Azure Active Directory.
RequirementsWhat you need to bring to the table:
- Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent educations and/or experience.
- Minimum three years of experience in software and hardware related areas.
- Minimum three years of experience working with diagnostic techniques, client/server, networking, workstations and problem analysis.
- Experience with Windows 10 and MS Office 365.
- Experience with Citrix Desktop, Microsoft Products and SharePoint.
- Basic troubleshooting skills with iOS and Android Devices.
