SalaryOPEN TO WISCONSIN RESIDENTS ONLY. Full-time, W2. Temporary contract through 6/30/24 with the possibility of an extension. Onsite 50% of the time (rotating week onsite, week remote). Onboarding will be on-site for 2-3 weeks depending on experience. Minimal travel between Agency buildings in the Madison area. Pay rate is dependent upon experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
We are looking for an experienced Help Desk Support III specialist to join our client's IT team.

Help Desk III Support participates and assists in managing a team of contract support personnel who troubleshoot Microsoft M365, Teams, and IT issues.
- Identify areas of improvement on policies and procedures regarding how problems are identified, received, documented, distributed, and corrected
- Ensure maximum issue resolutions in minimum time. Evaluate new information systems products or services and suggest changes to existing products or services to better aid the end user
- Requires at least 3 years of experience in the field
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Independently, perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
