Must be able to stand and walk during the whole shift.
Must be able to frequently bend, reach, and kneel in order to complete cleaning tasks throughout the club.
Must be able to handle occasional encounters with toxic chemicals and smells during shift.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Handle all Front Desk related activities including:
- Opening and/or Closing the gym.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- Check members into the system.
- New member sign-up.
- Take prospective members on tours.
- Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Manager as needed.
- Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Cleaning includes, but is not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, bathroom cleaning, dusting, deep cleaning
Basic Qualifications
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude!
- Punctuality and reliability is a must.
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions while using appropriate behavior and language.
- Able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding the member's expectations.
Preferred qualifications
- High School diploma/GED equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Years of Deep Cleaning experience!
The role of this position is to cover employee's shifts due to varies reasons, like vacations, sick leave, etc. Therefore this position is only for 0 - 12 hours per week and is perfect for those seeking to supplement their income.
You must be ok with possibly not having hours to work for up to 2-3 weeks at times.
You will be considered for more regular hours once the opportunity presents itself.
In addition, this position can be extremely beneficial because it can evolve into a regular part-time position with assigned shifts or further advancements within the company.

Our shifts are as follows:
Monday through Thursday from 5:00pm - 9:00pm;
Friday from 4:00pm - 9:00pm;
Saturday from 6:45am - 12:00pm and 12:00pm - 4:00pm;
Sunday from 6:45am - 11:00am and 10:00am - 2pm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
