Front Desk Associate

Cobblestone Suits of Ripon is looking for a reliable Front Desk Agent.

At our hotel, we have a wonderful team. We strive to succeed and ensure every guest has the best possible experience while staying in our hotel.

Job duties:

Greet all guests.

Maintain a clean environment.

Work collaboratively and independently.

Utilize computer skills to check guests in and out, process payments, confirm/create/cancel reservations, and much more.

Answer phones promptly.

Wash, dry, and fold laundry as needed.

Utilize problem-solving skills to guarantee guests' stays are above and beyond.

Attention to detail and organization skills are highly preferred.

Must be available for 1st and 2nd shifts. (7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm)
