Do you enjoy sports? Come and work at D-Bat Brookfield the finest baseball and softball facility in the area. A Front Desk Associate at D-BAT Brookfield greets and checks out guests, helps in the retail area, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
This position is for an individual that would like to get a career started in sports business, sales, operations, and management. They would have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests who visit the facility and give tours as needed.
- Demonstrates a understanding of retail items and explains them to guests accurately.
- Uses point of sale system to record the orders and compute the amount of the bill. Collects payment from guests and makes change.
- Schedule lessons, camps and clinics and manages guest profiles.
- Checks products in retail area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply.
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the facility to promote a clean and organized image.
- Completes Rawlings University Courses as directed.
A great personality will go a long way at D-BAT Brookfield. We are currently looking for a couple of part-time positions to round out our team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
