You will be responsible for providing first and second level phone support to troubleshoot and resolve hardware or software issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second level phone support
- Document all calls in the Help Desk ticketing system
- Perform PC moves and installations as well as physical maintenance of PCs and printers
- Assist with updating and maintaining standard images for desktop, laptops and Citrix environment
- Perform desktop/laptop rebuilds and rollouts
Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a related programming field or a minimum of two years comparable experience
- Two to three years' experience in end user support and troubleshooting applications in a large networked environment, preferably in a legal or professional services field
- Expert level in Microsoft Office 2010 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Windows XP - Windows 7
- Experience with FileSite, CMS, Citrix Access Management console, pdfdocs is a plus.
