Job description

What our team will be handling :

- Level 1 service desk calls (password resets , light troubleshooting with Win 10 and Office 365)

- Setting up mobile phones , dual factor authentication

- Assisting with logging into EPIC and MyChart

- Will be using ServiceNow to track/log calls and delegate issue to the correct team members.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

- This position is 100% remote , prefer candidates to sit in NJ , PA , or DE.

- The candidate will be using their own device (need Windows 10) or if they don't have a device we will provide

- For Go Live , candidates will need to be flexible on schedule . Below is proposed times we will need these techs to cover . We will stagger shift coverage , but some resources may be working second shift and Saturdays.

This would be considered Wave 2 of the Go Live , and these resources will officially start on June 5th , with a day of remote training the week prior .

Hours

Mon, Tues, and Thurs 8am to 8pm

Wed and Fri 730 to 5pm

Saturday 8am to 12pm
