We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Health Coach to join our team. As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. You will use data collected from various wellness & helath devices to provide guidance, support, and education to clients, empowering them to make positive lifestyle changes. If you have a background in behavioral health, health coaching, personal training, and a passion for helping others, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one health coaching sessions with clients to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans
- Provide guidance and support to clients in achieving their health and wellness goals
- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other aspects of healthy living
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients and promote behavior change
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in health coaching
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Health Coach or similar role
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques
- Familiarity with personal training methods and techniques
- Experience with motivational interviewing is highly desirable
- Knowledge of care planning and goal setting strategies
- Previous experience in weight loss or chronic disease management is a plus
- Certification in health coaching or related field is preferred
