Health And Wellness Coach

```Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Health Coach to join our team. As a Health Coach, you will play a vital role in educating nad supporting individuals in addiction treatment on their Health and Wellness goals. If you have a strong background in yoga, health coaching, and weight loss, along with excellent motivational interviewing skills, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Provide weekly group therapy sessions with clients enrolled in treatment with Rebuilt Treatment and Recovery.

- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle choices, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management and how that can be beneficial for someone who is new in Recovery from addictive substances.

- Develop personalized care plans for clients, tailored to their unique circumstances and preferences

- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to inspire and empower clients to make sustainable behavior changes

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as registered dietitians and behavioral health specialists, to provide comprehensive care

- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in health coaching and Wellness practices

Skills:

- Proven experience in health coaching

- Knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques and behavioral health principles

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to educate and inspire clients

- Ability to develop personalized care plans based on individual needs and goals

- Strong organizational skills to track client progress and maintain accurate records

- Some experience working with clients with substance use disorders and how Health and Wellness can directly impact and relate to current treatment and Recovery goals.

Pay: $120.00 - $140.00 per day
