Our fitness studio is growing quickly, and we need a personal trainer to help our customers achieve their fitness goals. You'll be assessing our customers' fitness levels, creating personalized training routines, and ensuring they're utilizing equipment properly. This role requires outstanding customer service skills as well as a love for exercise and helping others improve their Health and Wellness. Responsibilities
•Ability to build and maintain a robust client base
•Ensure all workout programs are appropriate for each client by doing individualized fitness evaluations
•Revise fitness plans based on clients' progress toward set goals
•Uphold all gym standards and safety rules to keep clients safe and comfortable while they workout
•Teach clients proper technique for all exercises, especially those requiring more complex equipment, to reduce injury risk
•Customize training routines to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals while staying within their current physical capabilities
Qualifications
•Possesses strong organizational and time management skills
•Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
•This role requires fitness instructor or personal trainer certification
•Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
•Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers
