Position Overview:
We are seeking passionate Health and Wellness Coaches to join our team in Michigan. As an essential part of our interdisciplinary approach, you will provide personalized guidance and support to individuals navigating chronic pain. In addition to traditional coaching responsibilities, candidates will have the opportunity to integrate holistic approaches to pain management and Wellness, fostering empowerment and resilience in our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions with individuals experiencing chronic pain.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to develop holistic treatment plans.
• Empower patients to take an active role in their pain management journey.
• Provide guidance and support to help patients implement lifestyle modifications and self-care strategies.
• Foster resilience and well-being through holistic approaches to pain management.

Requirements:

• Certification or equivalent experience in health coaching or wellness counseling.
• At least 2 years of experience in coaching individuals with chronic pain or related conditions preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Board certification as a Health and Wellness Coach
