Responsibilities
- Communicate with patients to help them resolve their healthcare billing accounts on behalf of our clients.
- Resolve billing issues.
- Set payment expectations.
- Arrange payments.
- Collect and verify information from patients.
- Conduct patient support at an average of 6-minutes per call.
Requirements
- Strong computer skills.
- Proven record of punctuality, and dedicated work commitment.
- Outstanding listening, communication, problem-solving and research skills.
- Strong Customer Service experience demonstrating compassion and concern.
- Ability to work well under pressure and routinely multi-task.
Preferences
- CUBS computer system experience
- EPIC or similar platform experience
- Prior call center experience
- Healthcare patient account resolution and/or healthcare insurance experience
