Customer Service Representative | Healthcare

They have 16 locations in the Fort Worth area, and this opportunity is at their Keller location. As a Customer Service Representative, you'd work in a high-volume call center environment within their facility.

This role offers a range of responsibilities: creating patient records, assisting with scheduling appointments and billing, collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring patients have a great experience.

Job Duties:

• Manage incoming calls and correspondence promptly and professionally, resolving issues and answering questions effectively.
  
• Create patient charts and update patient demographics when necessary.
• Assist with scheduling; verify times with patients; prepare charts, pre-admission, and consent forms.
  
• Triage phone requests to other departments as needed.
  

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a medical or insurance industry
• 2+ years of recent call center experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Bonus points if you have knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems

Pay: $18.00/hr. based upon experience
