We are currently seeking licensed agents to join our team. This position offers work-from-home flexibility, great hours, and career growth. The position is perfect for Agents with industry/product knowledge and who believe in the value of educating and assisting clients while earning up to $85,000++ plus! Having ACA sales experience a plus!
In this role, you will be responsible for helping grow and maintain client base by assisting customers with obtaining proper Health Insurance coverage offering ACA and Medicare Advantage product a plus!
MUST HAVE PRIOR HEALTH INSURANCE TELESALES EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls with prospective insureds to provide coverage options
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Explain policy types and coverages
- Collect supporting documents and process payments
Requirements:
- MUST have an active Life & Health license
- MUST have, or be willing to obtain, the following Non-Resident State licenses: AL, AR, AZ, GA, IN, KS, MI, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA
- 1 year of ACA (Affordable Care Act, Marketplace plans) selling experience REQUIRED (We are in the Open Enrollment Season for the 2023 Plan Year)
- ACA knowledge or experience strongly preferred
- Federally-Facilitated Marketplace Certificate 2023/2024
- Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Inbound call center experience a MUST
- Superior telephone etiquette
- Full time availability, 40 hrs per week.

Details:
· Full Time, M-F standard hours
· Pay: $20/hr base (+ monthly bonuses!)

- Technology: To get started all you need is a computer (Windows) with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, 60 mbps internet speed, dual monitors, web camera, and a headset with microphone! Our IT Support team can help you determine these requirements.
