Medicare Advantage Sales Agent

We are searching for self motivated agents who already have experience in Medicare Advantage Sales. We provide a high payout and pre-qualified inbound leads. Position is 100% remote. We ask that you do have your own equipment at home to make and receive calls. PC or laptop with highspeed internet is required along with your own headset. We provide all the software required to perform your duties.

We make money by helping others. This is a year round full-time employment opportunity with a generous base pay and the potential to double your salary with commission.

• $20 Per Hour + Commissions (strongest pay structure in the business)!

• Inbound calls only (never any telemarketing)
• Year round employment w-2 (No 1099)
• 9am - 6pm Mon - Fri (No weekends)

Responsibilities

Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback

Skills

Proven work experience as a sales representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
