Title: Health Information/Medical Records
Job Duties: The Health Information/Medical Records provides support to staff and the medical records department by assisting with monitoring and maintaining timely and complete medical records of clients. Accuracy and thoroughness are important, as they may affect the legal liability of the facility. Ensures professional contact with all levels of staff and other stakeholders, including nursing staff, supervisors, physicians, clients, and families.

Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- A minimum of one year experience working in a health-related field
