As HealthEconomics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Director, you will help identify,develop and manage HEOR activities within Siemens Healthineers and for ourcustomers. In this role, you will: LeadHEOR activities within Siemens Healthineers business areas/lines (e.g. MRI, CT,Advanced Therapies, Lab Diagnostics, Digital & Automation, ...) for productvalue development and enterprise services across strategic and partner healthprovider organizations to identify and drive scientific goals of the partnersite.

Actas an HEOR advisor to customers and business partners on health economics andoutcomes research relevant within research and innovation, commercial, businessand service focused topics. Collaborateclosely with academic customer partners to identify and advance scientificgoals that can also lead to publications and/or extramural grant applications. The primary responsibilities of this role are: Collaborate with cross-functional R&D, commercial businessunits, enterprise services, clinical and marketing teams to develop, launch andcommercialize Siemens Healthineers products and services Lead and deliver health economics related activities with partner healthprovider organizations, and collaborate with organizations in identifying anddeveloping health economics capabilities and studies Provides oversight and guidance to Health Economists team, manageteam budgets and execution of ongoing studies and responsibilities according totimeline and identified expectations Sets strategic research and commercial priorities for HEOR anddirection for assigned responsibilities and take a leadership role in ongoingactivities Contribute and lead health economics discussions in relevantcross-functional team meetings and support value demonstration and marketstrategy for Siemens Healthineers products Lead and contribute to peer reviewed scientific publications, aswell as effective communication and dissemination of complex ideas for usewithin Siemens Healthineers, customers and with other stakeholders Continuous learning development to update HEOR methodologies,assessments and additional ways for value and evidence generation Cultivate and maintain relationships with key experts and partnersto develop and foster collaboration with Siemens Healthineers Raise the profile of health economics and outcomes research (HEOR)internally and externally Requirements& Capabilities: Doctorate degree in health economics, epidemiology, outcomesresearch, decision sciences, operational research 8+ years experience in HEOR in industry or academic research(preferably experienced working with medical devices and diagnostics) Understanding of HEOR methodologies: simulation methods(Markov models, discrete-event simulation, etc.) optimization (linear,non-linear, stochastic), survival/mortality analysis, statistical modeling(logistic, ordinal, regressions, etc.) Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and developcustomer/partner strategies in vague environments Ability to translate complex technical information to broadaudiences, ranging from laymen to experts Strong communications skills and experience developinginterpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of Healthineers solution & product landscape AtSiemens Healthineers, we value those who dedicate their energy and passion to agreater cause.
