We are looking for a people-oriented, motivational and dynamic leader to act as the General Manager for our Eugene studio. This role presents an opportunity for the right person to join an organization that will expand its footprint in the Central Oregon region and to grow with us as new studios are opened. What you will be doing as a Restore General Manager:
People Management

• Work with owners to establish a culture of customer experience, excellence and teamwork.
• Interview, hire and manage the wellness team.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate promotions, goals, trends and other relevant information.

Operations Management

• Ensure an exceptional studio experience for clients.
• Continuously improve operational execution and studio performance.
• Review weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics with ownership.
• Collaborate with Restore HQ on operational processes and requirements.

Sales & Marketing

• Be the primary face of the business within the Eugene market and build local partnerships.
• Drive studio sales, customer retention, customer satisfaction, and referrals.
• Work with the owners to set daily, weekly and monthly goals across all services.
• Manage all marketing and sales initiatives.
• Manage or delegate social media channels for the studio to create compelling posts and communicate with guests and leads.

What we are looking for as our first Central Oregon General Manager:

• Positive energy (even when it is hard to do so) and a desire to grow personally and professionally.
• Take feedback well and also be comfortable providing suggestions and feedback to others.
• Know how to lead but are also humble enough to perform tasks yourself.
• Passionate about health, wellness and longevity.
• Have managed a team before (2 to 4 years ideally) and know how to motivate people.
• Data-driven and also appreciates that a services business requires a personal touch.
