We are hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Wraparound Care Coordinator & Coach - Youth & Family Department to join one of our community mental health providers!
Hourly: $26HR - $33Hr
Shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Summary:
The Youth and Family Department is looking for someone with a growth mindset who is driven, curious, and passionate about serving youth and families in their community to be our next Wraparound Care Coordinator and Regional Wraparound Coach. This individual will be providing services in home, community, healthcare, and school-based settings for youth and families who are struggling to have intensive mental and behavioral health needs met by their current service providers and natural supports.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Two years minimum work experience as a Wraparound Care Coordinator.
- Requires a QMHA:
- Bachelor's degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university
- OR three years of full-time professional experience working in the mental health related field.
