Our Nutrion and Wellness Department is looking for motivated Health Coaches who can help members on their journeys in reaching unique goals by guiding, encouraging, and providing support. Our coaches will empower clients with knowledge and skills to develop the confidence to achieve goals through any challenges that may arise. This role is vital in supporting the health and longevity of our community and we are looking for qualified professionals to help meet this need.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver health coaching sessions with clients, the majority of which will be in-person, however, some sessions may be conducted virtually
- Develop and implement wellness programming that covers an extensive variety of health-related topics
- Recruit prospects for individual and group-based Nutrition and Wellness sessions and programs
- Present wellness workshops, seminars, lunch and learns, etc.
- Implement health-related events for members and the community
- Assist with outreach and in-club events
- Create content for blogs, eBooks, manual, apps, etc.
