Job Description
We are a teleprompter company located in Campbell CA. We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Sales to continue our expansion within the US and International market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to maximize sales revenue
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities
- Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Sales strategies
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance
Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Head of Sales or similar position
- 5+ Years experience with resellers, integrators and regular customers
- Extensive knowledge of eCommerce
-Background in Video/Film/Audio - Broadcast industry
-Excel, QuickBooks and other sales-based apps we use
- Strong background in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Experience in customer service and account management
-Experience with domestic and International Sales network
- Familiarity with technical sales or technology sales is a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales activities
After a 3 month test period, we offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, EOY performance based bonus and paid time off.
