Job Description
Verbit is looking for a Head of Brand and Creative. In this role you will be responsible for the brand's image, experience, and promise. You will execute strategic marketing and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Own the brand goals, creative strategy and execution across all markets, products, and channels globally.
- Craft the assigned Brand’s differentiation strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long-term.
- Identify both short- and long-term growth opportunities through data, research, and relentless experimentation and prioritization.
- Develop, plan, execute and manage all strategic marketing campaigns and promotional activities, and communications across all channels such as email, events, social media, video, print and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of Brands.
- Act as the "internal studio", responsible for the designers, creators, copywriters etc, on the team
- Own all communications including copywriting and content for all types of media, as well as PR and internal comms.
- Manage event-marketing in collaboration with the each of the relevant vertical marketing leaders.
- Own Verbit brands’ social media.
- Partner closely with all marketing functions, as well as cross-functional counterparts to ensure seamless, consistent and high-quality Brand & Creative executions.
- Collaborate with Demand-Gen to manage and streamline global and regional agency relationships, to drive thought leadership in creative ideation, innovation and development, while ensuring high quality output & efficient creative development and production.

- 4+ years in senior level creative roles within tech, entertainment or brand companies
- Experience in brand development and management
- Experience in managing a brand marketing team
- Former designer, creative director and/or copywriter
- Strong experience in understanding aesthetics - visual communications, motion graphics, web design, and proven experience in leading world-class projects in these realms
- Portfolio of work that showcases diversity and range of creative thinking and execution -
- Led and managed high performing global teams with a hands-on approach
- A start-up spirit, and drive to innovate and passion for our platform
- Able to allocate resources in the most efficient way and get things done under time pressure with high attention to details

Our compensation for the Head of Brand role ranges between $135,000 to $145,000 per year, plus bonus(target based), and will align with the candidate’s experience and skill set. In addition, Verbit offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life and AD&D Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Paid Time Off, and 401k with an employer match.
