Job Description
Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing, Capital Markets - Content And Brand Marketing to lead our marketing efforts for a cutting-edge Capital Markets software product. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the competitive and rapidly evolving Capital Markets technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with overall business strategy.

Brand Management:
  • Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the Capital Markets industry.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Foster positive brand perception through thought leadership, industry partnerships, and targeted communications.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition:
  • Drive lead generation campaigns to acquire new customers and expand market share.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to optimize lead conversion and customer acquisition costs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and materials.

Content Development:
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and informative content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials, including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and more.
  • Leverage content for thought leadership initiatives and to establish the company as an industry authority.

Digital Marketing:
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to optimize digital marketing strategies for maximum impact.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.

Event Management:
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audience.
  • Evaluate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships to maximize the company's presence at key industry events.

Team Leadership and Development:
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Set clear goals and KPIs, and regularly evaluate and report on the team's performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Capital Markets and financial services, with a focus on software solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

NY: Salary range for the position: 165,000 USD to 200,000 USD. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
