Growing hospitality group in Charlotte, NC is opening a brand new Upscale Steakhouse. We are looking for a Head Chef! There is a lot of growth opportunities and ability to bring out your creative side!
What's in it for you?
- Very Competitive Salary $100k - $110k (DOE)
- Bonuses Based on KPI's
- 50 - 55 hours per week

What do we seek?
- Must have previous experience working as an Executive Chef in a Upscale Steakhouse
- Wild game experience would be ideal- Boar, Deer, Elk, etc
- Oversee all hiring, training and mentorship of BOH teams
- Experience in smaller restaurant (only has 50 seats)
- Full P&L responsibility, must be able to crunch numbers
- Ensure all safety, sanitation and federal regulations followed at all times
