About Burn Boot Camp:

In this position, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, shaping the experience of our members and driving the growth of our community.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Blue Carpet Experience: Welcome members with a warm smile, provide facility tours, introduce them to our trainers, assist with Mindbody enrollment, and ensure all necessary waivers are completed. Guide members on downloading the Burn app and booking their next camp.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Be the backbone of our daily operations, handling tasks related to trial clients, focus meetings, membership sales, and more. Work closely with our training staff to enhance the member experience.
- Membership Conversion: Help prospective clients become committed members by showcasing our offerings, answering their questions, addressing objections, and facilitating the membership signing process.
- Promotions and Specials: Actively promote and inform members about our various specials, challenges, community events, and joint ventures.
- Retail Maintenance: Keep our retail center well-stocked, clean, and appealing to members.
- Facility Maintenance: Follow our Open/Close Checklist diligently to maintain a clean and well-organized gym. Report any facility needs to the Team Leader or Franchise Partner.
- Client Engagement: Monitor camp rosters, answer phone calls, respond to voicemails and emails, and follow up with trial clients to enhance their journey.
- Social Media Engagement: Capture the magic of our camps with photos and videos. Post stories on Facebook and Instagram to give members an inside look at camp content and recognize their achievements.
- Member Recognition: Gather members' Instagram handles and ensure that every photo opportunity, like "Crushed My First Camp," "Brought My Bestie to Burn," and "I'm Official," is celebrated.
- Team Support: Assist with Childwatch and trainers as needed, and contribute to team tasks and facility cleanliness during downtime.
- Community Involvement: Attend a minimum of one community event per quarter and participate in all philanthropic initiatives.
- Adaptability: Be prepared to have weekly touchpoints with the Team Leader/Franchise Partner to align on current focuses and provide immediate client feedback.
- Other Duties: Be ready to tackle any other responsibilities assigned by the team.
