Front Desk Agent
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about membership, facilities, services, and personal training
- Handle member complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of member transactions
- Clean and organize weight room floor, group rooms, and towels
- Make protein shakes per guest orders according to food safety guidelines
- Perform night audit duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or Front Desk operations preferred
- Familiarity with gyms
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
