Dispatcher (Eng/Spanish bilingual) - Injured Worker Care (Call Center)

Our Tampa based client is the largest privately held transportation and language services provider for Injured Workers. The are looking for an English/Spanish bilingual Dispatcher for their Tampa Call Center.

In this role you will complete the intake and input of customer orders related to the care of Injured Workers by interacting with case managers, insurance adjusters, Injured Workers and other parties. As well as provide follow-up as necessary.

This is an on-site position. Monday to Friday 12:30-9:30

• Incoming Call Processes
• Expedited and Rush Processes
• Provider Turn Back Process
• Quotes for Possible Service
• Flight and Hotel Reservations
• Dispatch Queues
• Dispatch Follow Up Queue
• Dispatch Inbox

Requirements:

• Able to make decisions, assign to the appropriate work queues as necessary.
• Able to work without immediate supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organized, multi-tasked, detail orientated and a strong team player.
• Bilingual preferred

Compensation: $15/hr, 15 days PTO, Full Benefits.
