Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely.
As the Desktop Product Development (PD) Manager, you will be responsible for managing the development of SOCET GXP (a desktop software application focused on image intelligence (IMINT), movement intelligence (MOVINT), and geospatial analysis). This position requires an in-depth knowledge of geospatial technologies in the areas of imaging, video, photogrammetry, analytics, vector mapping, databases, and associated third party integration with GOTS and COTS applications in the GEOINT market space. Responsibilities include interfacing with customers, partners, technology leaders, and the GXP team (Engineering, Sales/Business Development, Marketing, Customer Technical Solutions, Product Development, Professional Services, and Business Operations) to plan new features, integrate features across the GXP Ecosystem and coordinate software releases. The Desktop PD manager will travel to US and International customer sites, on- and off-site technical exchange meetings, conferences, and business/program partners’ sites to gain insight into workflows, gather requirements, and expand the AGS business. Using agile development principles, the Desktop PD Manager will develop a backlog of new features and prioritize the features for future work. Additionally, the PD Manager will support quarterly program planning events to include, presenting product vision and product roadmap, and assigning business values to planned features. The Desktop PD Manager is also responsible for product pricing and return on investment analysis. Other responsibilities include partner software integration and delivery, attending the PD status meetings, hosting stakeholder meetings, and collaboration with the GXP Customer Technical Solutions and Sales teams.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Successful, proven record leading and managing development programs.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience leading development programs through all phases of the lifecycle.
- Proven success identifying growth areas and developing new business plans aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
- Experience establishing and building customer relationships.
- Collaborates within and across organizational boundaries, breaking down barriers and finding common ground.
- Strong leadership, coaching, mentoring skills with the ability to achieve results through others.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.
- DoD Secret or Top Secret clearances preferred.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $140690 - $239140

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
