Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Guest Service Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position will include 1-2 nights per week of being on call for after-hours guest inquiries/assistance.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
