Become a key player as a GTM Global Program Manager - Reseller Vendor Management:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Program Manager to join our team at Adobe, focusing on building Global Programs around Adobe and our strategic partners. As a GTM Global Program Manager, you will play a vital role in driving strategic initiatives and partnerships related to Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders to identify, develop, and execute partner programs that leverage the power of the digital experience suite to enhance Adobe's product offerings and customer experience.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact on the team:
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships, onboarding, programs, and possible offboarding.
- Play a pivotal role in ensuring that the end-to-end Vendor Management processes and procurement policies are implemented efficiently.
- Develop, standardize and implement vendor processes and procedures in partnership with finance, program management, engineering, product, and the broader procurement organization at Adobe.
- Develop core playbook for Vendor Management best practices, enabling business owners to self-manage some of these processes directly.
- Program Execution: Establish and maintain partnerships with internal cross-functional teams to standardize and scale operations, from onboarding a customer, support rules of engagement, mid-term contract changes, tracking overages and royalty payments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and alignment with various internal teams, including deal desk, order management, legal, support, customer success, royalty payments, engineering, product management, product marketing, marketing, legal, business development.
Here’s what you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred in business administration, operations and finance or data oriented thinking, data driven approach
- Experience taking a SaaS product to market or a program from concept to operation within large enterprise organization or launching a OEM or reseller type purchasing program, selling a vendor's product on corporate sales order paper
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, navigating through ambiguity, and adapting to evolving priorities, including managing different programs. Ability to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
- Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution skills
- Operational Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or related roles, preferably within the software or technology industry. Experience standardizing and scaling operations, from onboarding a customer, interfacing with technical support, mid term contract changes, tracking overages and royalty payments,
- Project Management: Proven track record in successfully managing complex programs from initiation to completion. Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking

$ 45.00 - $56.33/hour
