/PROJECT:As a Program Management Intern, you will work closely with the Senior Program Manager in the Early Research team, assisting in strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder management. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on supporting two potential research initiatives within Global Program Management (GPM).Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work closely with research program leads and therapeutic area heads to understand project requirements at each stage.
- Assess current program schedules/stage gate requirements and analyze the data to identify consistencies, requirements, and gaps within each stage and modality.
- Develop high level program templates for each modality.
- Develop and propose synthesized version of stage gate requirements.
- Collaborate with research teams to ensure seamless integration of new templates and synthesized stage requirements at program initiation.

Qualifications/Eligibility:
- Undergraduate student in their 4th year or Graduate student majoring in biomedical science with a focus on drug discovery, pharmaceutical sciences, or related fields
- Student must be returning to school in the Fall Term OR has graduated within the 1 year of the start of the intern program.
- Must be available to work 40 hours a week.
- Housing and Transportation is responsibility of the Intern.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

In the U.S., the salary range for this position is $25.00 to $ 30.00 per hour, which factors in various geographic regions.
