- Client is expanding and scaling its Cloud Marketplaces program with Cloud Tech Partners such as Microsoft and AWS.
- Looking for an Operations Manager, passionate about implementing programs and best practices leveraging technology and data to influence business decisions. Your role will be to work on key Cloud Marketplace programs to help drive incremental new revenue booked through Marketplaces Procurement. You will be responsible for collaborating with Sales and Partner Managers on pipeline related activities, working with Excel, CRM and PowerBI for reporting and analytics to engaging with back operations team to execute key projects.
Business Analysis
- Become the Subject Matter Expert on AWS and Microsoft Cloud Marketplace success. Understand how Marketplaces procurement can drive partnership engagement for Create and Co-Sell opportunities, deal progression, and what are the key success factors involved, by region, segment, customer type, etc.
- Understand and analyze key trends, correlations, and causal data to inform and assist go-to-markets strategies and implementation with Cloud partnership. Help our sales leaders maximize the opportunity of Client's partnership with Cloud Partners. For example, see below.
- Collaborate with Client's Sales Operations team, pull sales and customer data generate reports from CRM for strategic analysis for internal outreach email campaigns or external marketing campaigns. Track success of email campaigns by analyze deal progression against email campaign engagement.
- Use v-look ups for account matching and other searches and upload accounts for specific tagging
- Monitor SFDC data hygiene for pipeline progress
- Become an expert on Cloud Marketplaces Procurement Program, act as special Deal Desk advisor
- Interact with internal stakeholders on approval requests, assist with deal structure questions that meet both Client's requirements and customer needs along with Cloud Partner requirements, including but not limited to Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Finance, Revenue Assurance, Business Units, Order Management, Credit and other functions
- Regularly communicate with sales teams to ensure consistent application of process and policy. Ensure that transactions adhere to Client's internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines.
- Monitor submission for opportunities to be evaluated for marketplace transactions
- Email to Sales account team and Partner Managers approval decision on opportunities requesting for Marketplace procurement
- Review Marketplaces pipeline, update CRM with deals identified as having Enterprise agreement, clean SFDC data hygiene for PowerBI dashboard
- Implement project plans; enhancements and business process queries on Salesforce.com and other associated apps
- Track progress and follow-up to completion product listings on Cloud Marketplaces
- Prepare communication to sales and management -draft recurring newsletter on in-quarter deal status, bi-weekly or monthly deal wins and highlight resources
- Engage with Credit Team to monitor Azure Marketplace private offers to request new private offers as needed for one-time payments
- Monitor end dates of contracts and end the private offer upon end of year three or contract end
- Business analysis with Excel reporting, enterprise system such as ERP or experience with Salesforce & CRM reports/reporting and Power BI
- Project management – Document, implement tasks, follow up and follow through to completion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
