The manager will ensure top-notch safe and quality resident care, manage staff, handle scheduling, maintain records, organize resident activities and healthcare, resident record keeping, and meet reporting requirements. Ideal candidates have a year of management experience in a similar setting, such as residential care or healthcare field. The candidate needs to be open to bi-weekly event planning for residents and can cover at least one Personal Care Assistant (PCA) shift weekly and in emergencies or no-show situations.
