We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented to join our team. As an Operations Manager - (Mobile Home Real Estate), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our organization. This position requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Google Suite, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage/track official notices to delinquent tenant's
- Prepare weekly and monthly delinquency reports to discuss with the property managers
- Responding to tenant inquiries regarding their balances and accounts
- Coordinate and track our pending evictions
- Manage the daily company operations including maintenance,
- Assist with court cases as needed
- Coordinate/manage the day-to-day duties/tasks for office staff, property managers, onsite managers and maintenance crews
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner (as needed)
- Coordinate and schedule vendor appointments, meetings, and events
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide support to various departments as required
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
```Skills```
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience working in a leadership role is preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
- Experience working in Property Management/Mobile HomeReal Estate industry is a bonus
