Form of workWe are seeking GROUP CHILDCARE WORKERS at 7 Minnesota area resorts and 3 Wisconsin area resorts over two weekends in June. We’re looking for local caregivers to assist in providing fun and engaging care to the children in a group setting at the resort while their parents attend a large work conference and awards banquet.
The dates are:
- Thursday, June 8, 2:45p-6p
- Friday, June 9, 8:45a – 11a
- Saturday, June 10, 8:45a – 11a
- Saturday, June 10, 5:45p-10p
- Thursday, June 22, 2:45p – 6p
- Friday, June 23, 8:45a – 11a
- Saturday, June 24, 8:45a – 11a
- Saturday, June 24, 5:45p-10p
The resorts are:
- Arrowood Resort & Conference Center, Alexandria (June 22 – 24 dates only)
- Breezy Point Resort, Breezy Point (June 22 – 24 dates only)
- Sugar Lake Lodge, Cohasset (both weekends)
- Grand View Lodge, Nisswa (both weekends)
- Chase on the Lake, Walker (June 8 – 10 dates only)
- DoubleTree by Hilton, Minneapolis (both weekends)
- Hilton Minneapolis (June 22 – 24 only)
- Landmark Resort, Egg Harbor (June 8 – 10 only)
- Hyatt Regency, Green Bay (June 22 – 24 only)
- Tundra Lodge Resort and Conference Center, Green Bay (June 8 – 10 only)
In summary:
We offer $20 per hour for those 17+ and $15 per hour for those ages 14 – 16. All care will be provided in event rooms at the resorts, filled with games, activities, crafts, contests and more. Saturday evening is dinner, special activities, and a movie! This event will have a lead caregiver/manager on site to coordinate the event.
Required:
- Childcare experience (babysitting, daycare, camp counselor, kids club, vacation bible school leader, etc.)
- Ability to pass a background screen.
- Fun, engaging personality and a genuine spark for working with children.
We'd welcome caregivers for any or all of the dates. We'd love to you have your expertise in helping make this childcare event (while parents are attending a work conference at these resorts) fantastic for the kiddos.
