Large Group Benefits Manager who will:
Be accountable for client Plan’s detailed benefit management, requirements, design and customizations supporting the Large Group and ASO lines of business
The Benefit Manager should have a highly detailed understanding and expertise of health insurance products in this line(s) of business, providing support and thought-partnership to all stakeholders and team members supporting the successful annual product development life cycle and delivery of the portfolio.
Responsibilities;
- Define plan benefits per strategic intent and determine related business requirements for portfolio planning and execution.
- Assess impact of medical policy, claims processing, pricing and billing, configuration, etc. on benefit design
- Develop and maintain product data source of truth, customization guidelines and business decisions to support organizational process and regulatory requirements
- Detailed benefit support for member documentation content development, review and publication.
- Preparation of benefit plan documentation to support regulatory filing
- Audit benefit information internally and externally (such as member materials, marketing materials and websites) to ensure benefits are accurately represented across all channels
- Support the successful annual life-cycle and delivery of the portfolios as well as group specific requests
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- Proven experience working with teams and staff of various capacities, approach and work-styles
- Proven effective meeting facilitation experience
- Experience working in an environment with shifting priorities requiring flexibility and the ability to prioritize work
- Experience supporting scenario and impact analysis in support of annual strategic benefit planning and change impact
- Experience working with compliant standard and custom benefit plans
- Experience working with Facets
- Experience with product portfolio and annual life-cycle process in the healthcare industry
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration
- Experience working with teams and staff of various capacities, approach and work styles

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $86,000.00 - $109,000.00 per year
