POSITION SUMMARYThe purpose of this position is to work with the Grinnell College Golf Course grounds maintenance staff to maintain and improve the 56-acre 9-hole Golf Course. Responsibilities include mowing, string -trimming and other duties assigned by the turf specialist and assistant turf specialist. Key Responsibilities

• Turf grass mowing
• Landscape and tree care
• Misc Golf Course grounds work

• Champion of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Less than six months work experience
• The ability to work independently and be individually efficient
• Adaptable to changing priorities
• Ability to communicate effectively with team and golfers as needed

• Experience with Golf Course turf and mowers
