SalaryFinkbine Golf Course is in Iowa City and is the University of Iowa’s golf course. The goal of the grounds maintenance department is to provide the golfing community with a well maintained golf course on a daily basis. We are looking for seasonal employees that are dedicated and will work hard to help us accomplish our goals.
Job Requirements
- Enjoy working outside in various types of weather
- Show up when scheduled, including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to take pride in your work
- Follow directions and work well with others
Job Duties
- Mowing Greens, Tees, Fairways and Rough
- Raking Bunkers
- Weed whacking and other course detail work
- Hand watering of Greens, Tees and Fairways as directed
- Daily Course Set-up
- Any other tasks deemed necessary to maintain and improve course conditions
