General Summary:

To assist in all areas of Golfer needs not limited to first tee hosting, beginning play in a timely fashion, pace of play enforcement, member service requests, possible opening/closing duties, and assisting with group play to be done in a fashion that is the very finest manor to accommodate the Members and their guests.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Follow the three rules:
   1. Acknowledge members/guests when they arrive.
   2. Ask member/guest their needs and assist them.
   3. Thank them when they leave.
2. Control flow of golfers onto tees based upon starting time sheets.
3. Monitor Golf Course traffic and coordinate starting times.
4. Responsible for computer data entry regarding players and cart usage.
5. Responsible for making sure all players are properly dressed. No denim.
6. Provide ample supply of tees, pencils, scorecards, cups, lids, and straws.
7. Responsible for appearance and cleanliness of starter area.
8. Range Golf Course as directed by golf shop.
9. Inform member/guest about red stake policy and slow play policy.
10. Turn in daily tee sheet with daily notes.
11. Inventory and stock cooler daily.
12. Submit all member purchases from cooler daily.

Working Conditions:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to be active on feet for long periods of time.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. Golf Knowledge required.
2. Positive attitude, polite and courteous to members. Smile.
