Graphic Designer

The designer will work with a creative director to support the companies under the CLIMB Works umbrella with design needs across print and digital, including but not limited to graphic design, illustration and animation.

Top Keys

• 2-3 years experience in digital, web, print design
• A portfolio containing high-quality website, print & digital designs
• Great taste, instincts, and knowledge of brand trends
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and XD)
• Illustration a plus
• Merchandise/apparel design a plus
• Must be able to implement creative through high quality design and production while staying within the bounds of brand style guides.
• Have an understanding of marketing and have the ability to adapt the design to fit the needs of the audience and/or platform
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work in a team as well as individually
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

General Responsibilities

• Design website layouts and work with developers to take sites live.
• Concept and execute digital design, including social and paid media
• Design and execute high quality print designs (billboards, brochures, merchandise, etc)
• Bring fresh ideas & perspective to existing designs
• Work with outside vendors to bring concepts & artwork to production
• Collaborate with team members across businesses to deliver artwork & media on time
• Keep projects organized and manage multiple priorities at once

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
