Job Description
The Graphic Designer at LMU will play a crucial role in visually
representing the university's brand and messaging across various
platforms. From print materials to digital assets, the Graphic Designer
will have the opportunity to showcase their talent and contribute to
elevating the university's image.

*bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or
related field

*promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large;
Job Duty
*promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students;

*participate on university committees;
Job Duty
*write, edit and distribute press releases to the media;

*designing print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and promotional items for events, programs, and initiatives;

*collaborating with the marketing and communications team to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with the university's branding guidelines and objectives;

*working closely with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, target audience, and messaging goals;

*managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

*staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual communication;

*assisting with photography and videography projects as needed;

*ensuring consistency and quality control across all design deliverables; maintaining organized files and documentation for all design projects;

*utilize Meltwater to monitor media hits and compile monthly reports for University stakeholders; *photograph campus events;

*produce weekly internal newsletter for LMU constituents;

*communicate with general public through social networking vehicles

*assist in the creation and maintenance of a marketing plan for LMU in conjunction with the Executive Senior Director of Marketing and Public Relations;

*work with appropriate divisions and departments of LMU and Administration division and University Advancement Office to determine appropriate markets for distribution of advertising and promotion;
Job Duty
*Coordinate public relations efforts for assigned beats
Job Duty
*workclosely with the Office of Admissions and Student Services to plan and participate in student recruitment activities and promote events like Preview Days, Railsplitter for a Day, FAFSA Workshops, etc.;
Job Duty
*Manage MeritPages recognition for students and distribution of hometown releases for Dean's list and graduation;
Job Duty
*attend monthly meetings with the Administration division;
Job Duty
*complete required institutional and program accreditation reports necessary for the operation and advancement of the university;
Job Duty
*plan and post messaging on campus signage including building screens and marquee at front of campus; and
Job Duty
*perform other duties as assigned.
