JOED DESIGN is seeking a fully remote Graphic Designer With Packaging + Brand Experience to join our innovative team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop new concept designs / "blue sky thinking" as well as the ability to execute adaptive work while staying within a brand's identity.
- You will be responsible for understanding dielines and seeing each project through from start to finish/production.
- Develop, maintain and organize image library files.
- You will be working with numerous national brands that you know and love. You will need to abide by our confidentiality agreement.
- You can work remotely and remain productive.
- You are a team player that can provide insight and ideas but also take suggestions/feedback to help grow as a designer.
- Create thoughtful designs that meet our client's needs. You may be asked to help create an identity from scratch or just update an existing design. Both are important tasks to us and our clients which always deserves your best.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in graphic design preferably in primary and secondary packaging as well as brand identity
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
- 3D modeling experience is a plus but not required
- Must be able to manage multiple projects while utilizing time management skills & organization with superior attention to detail
- Strong communication skills: Will be required to analyze and receive briefs from Directors and be comfortable asking questions
- Self-motivated to work in a fast paced, fun, collaborative environment
- 3-5 years packaging design experience with a design agency or in-house
- Degree in Graphic Design
- Possess graphic design portfolio showcasing your previous work
