Job Description
Position Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual, who has an eye for design, and works well in a fast-paced work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upholding branding guidelines as illustrated by the Marketing Coordinator.
- Creating flyers, magazine ads, digital ads and other marketing materials for corresponding auctions.
- Help conceptualize marketing materials for trade show booths, open houses and other in-person events.
- Uphold size and format requirements from vendors, ensuring that designs are ready for publication and meet the specifications of the chosen printing or digital platforms.
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- 2-3 years of experience in the related field
- Organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking
- Strong portfolio with examples of good use of typography, creative layouts and visual hierarchy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding general knowledge of file formatting and print production processes
- General knowledge of auctions is a plus
