About Us:

• The Rail Trail Flatbread Co.: Known for its scratch kitchen, wood-fired flatbreads, and comforting cuisine across our two locations in Hudson and Milford.
• New City Microcreamery: With three locations in Hudson, Sudbury, and Cambridge, we're famous for our artisanal ice cream made with liquid nitrogen, also available in Whole Foods and 400+ supermarkets.
• Less Than Greater Than: A dark and moody speakeasy nestled within our ice cream shop in Hudson, offering a unique atmosphere for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create captivating newsletters, posters, and visual content that effectively communicate our brand message and offerings.
• Manage back-end operations of our websites, specifically on Squarespace, ensuring they remain updated, optimized, and user-friendly.
• Design and execute Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, while continuously optimizing for performance.
• Interpret analytics data to glean insights and inform decision-making for marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Regularly post engaging content on social media platforms, including reels and stories, to increase visibility and engagement.

What We're Looking For:

• A creative visionary with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
• Experience managing websites on platforms like Squarespace, with a strong understanding of backend operations.
• Skills in managing Google Ads and interpreting analytics data.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
• Enthusiasm for growth and development within our media company.
